14 Days Out: Quick Home Workout

I didn’t have much time today so I did a quick home 40 rep based circuit.

8 rounds of 5 reps each:
Door Trim Chin-ups
Stair Flight (3 steps at a time)
Handstand Push-ups

Was able to get that in during halftime of the Michigan football game!
