29 Days Out: A Ball & A Wall

Headed to an outdoor handball court with a baseball and medicine ball for some┬áprep work for this weekend’s final baseball game.

I didn’t plan anything structured but tried to keep it fluid and do whatever came to me. I started with some throwing and hitting into the wall with the baseball and then moved to the med ball for a bunch of different wall tosses and similar things. I finished with some more baseball work and called it a day after about 40 minutes.
