30 Days Out: Upper Body

With a month to go, but a championship baseball game this weekend, I found my fitness pursuits being pulled in opposite directions today. So I actually did the responsible thing and took it easy today, since I can always go big after this last game, when I don’t have to worry about being tight or sore.

Today took a very similar approach to Monday’s playground workout but it was in the gym just by convenience…

Pushup x 40

Body Row x 40

Squat x 40

TRX Pushup x 23,17

TRX Row x 23,17

Dip x 15,10,8,7

Pullup x 13,8,7,6,6

DB Alternating Curl & Press x 40
